Ana Neves [1998] é técnica de Artes Visuais pelo Instituto Federal dePernambuco e ex-aluna de pintura da Escolinha de Arte do Recife. Suaabordagem é caracterizada pela integração de algumas expressões artísticas,desde a literatura às artes visuais e cênicas. Nascida em São Vicente Ferrer,agreste pernambucano, atualmente reside e trabalha no Recife.
Ana encara suas produções como um complexo migratório, que a envolve para tencionar suas questões com o mundo em seu tempo, vendo-as como produtosda necessidade de registrar, por meio da própria memória, a memória coletiva.Buscando através do corpo híbrido (humano-fauna, humano-flora, humano-objeto), evidenciar a partilha do mundo todo, que somos: perecíveis e migratórios.Refletindo, assim, seu próprio modo operativo de criação.
/ Ana Neves [1998] is a visual arts technician from the Federal Institute of Pernambuco and a former painting student at the Recife Art School. Her approach is characterized by the integration of various artistic expressions, from literature to visual and performing arts. Born in São Vicente Ferrer, in the Pernambuco countryside, she currently lives and works in Recife.
Ana sees her productions as a migratory complex that envelops her in order to
tense her questions with the world in her time, seeing them as products of the need to record, through her own memory, the collective memory. Seeking, through the hybrid body (human-fauna, human-flora, human-object), to highlight the sharing of the whole world, which we are: perishable and migratory. Thus reflecting her own operative mode of creation.
